Day 2:

• A 20-minute rainfall shower: a fine spray of warm water for total body relaxation

• A 30-minute body scrub: toning exfoliation, combining sea salts and sugars, customisable with the sensory experience of your choice

• A 30-minute body wrap session: experience the comforting sensation of a moisturising/nourishing wrap applied to the skin and let your body and mind drift away on the fragrant scent

Day 3:

• A 30-minute flotation session: a unique experience that allows you to relax and switch off from everyday stress while floating in warm, salted water

• 30-minute body massage: a massage that can be personalised by choosing between 3 textures: nourishing oil, gentle cream and butter

Day 4:

• A 20-minute pressotherapy session: a pressure massage that stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation
